Nippon Gohsei promises to implement Responsible Care to its shareholders, customers, consumers. and the local community. Further, our employees execute the Responsible Care Action Plan, thereby continuing their individual efforts to carry out these Environmental and Safety Policies.

In July of 2001, certifications for both ISO9001, the quality management system international standard, and ISO14001, the environmental management system international standard, were simultaneously obtained company-wide by Nippon Gohsei. At that time we started using our own integrated management system as a management tool. Under the integrated management system, Nippon Gohsei as a whole is working hard on Responsible Care (self-management activities relating to environment, safety and health).
