Soarnol |
 |

Soarnol is the trade name of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH).
We have developed Soarnol, which features characteristics such as gas barrier
and transparency, ethylene component moisture resistance and co-extrusion processability,
focusing on packaging materials that maintain the taste, freshness and flavor
of food products.
Recently, we have exploited its excellent oil resistance and solvent barrier to
expand applications to plastic fuel tanks, and to floor heating pipes that make
use of its weather resistance and gas barrier. Mainly composed of carbon, oxygen
and hydrogen, SOARNOL emits no toxic gases when burned, and thus is an environmentally
friendly resin. |

| Characteristics |
Gas barrier
Fragrance preservation
Oil and solvent resistance

Soarblen |
 |

| Soarblen is the trade name of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin
that contains more vinyl acetate content than conventional EVA. SOARBLEN is a
polymer blend modifier that improves the performance and processability of polyvinyl
chloride (PVC). |

| Characteristics |
Transparency
Weather resistance
Impact resistance
Prevention of whiting in the process of bending, pressing or molding
Smoothly mixed, dispersed and dissolved in PVC because of its small
particle size compared with that of conventional EVA |
| Main Applications |
For rigid, semi-rigid, flexible PVC
For rigid and flexible cellular PVC |
