Soarlite

Soarlite is the trade name of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer for injection molding application as engineering plastics.

Characteristics
  1. Extremely high mechanical strength
  2. Antistatic
  3. Low contractility in molding process
  4. Excellent oil and solvent resistance
  5. Small coefficient of thermal expansion
  6. Good abrasion resistance
  7. Excellent molding processability
Grade
  • High flow type : S, G30K, G50K
  • General type : M, G25H, G40H ,G55H
  • High impact resistant type : 50KG, 60KG
Main Applications
  1. Machinery
  2. Automobiles
  3. Precision machines
  4. Light electrical appliances
  5. Construction materials
  6. Leisure equipment
  7. Cosmetic containers

Soarblen

Soarblen is the trade name of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resin that contains more vinyl acetate content than conventional EVA. SOARBLEN is a polymer blend modifier that improves the performance and processability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Characteristics
  1. Transparency
  2. Weather resistance
  3. Impact resistance
  4. Prevention of whiting in the process of bending, pressing or molding
  5. Smoothly mixed, dispersed and dissolved in PVC because of its small particle size compared with that of conventional EVA
Grade

There are 4 different VAc Content grades.

Grade BH CH CI DH
VAc Content wt% 55 60 60 70
Main Applications
  1. For rigid, semi-rigid, flexible PVC
  2. For rigid and flexible cellular PVC

Soaresin

Soaresin is used as a modifier of resin or as a stabilizer for extrusion.

Main Applications
  1. Heat stabilizer
  2. Purge agent
